Jon White – Co-founder and CEO

Jon White is an accomplished international executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience leading businesses in agribusiness, biofuels, sustainable development, and advanced manufacturing technologies. He has a strong record of founding, growing, and restructuring organizations, with expertise spanning strategy, operations, M&A, and large-scale project development across Europe, Africa, and North America.

Jon is the Founder of Invixiar and Co-Founder of Biofuel Reforestation Partners, ventures focused on developing large-scale reforestation and biofuel projects to meet the growing demand for sustainable aviation fuel and renewable energy. These initiatives target degraded lands and leverage partnerships with governments, corporates, and NGOs to deliver both commercial returns and measurable environmental impact.

Previously, Jon co-founded and served as Group CEO of ImpactAgri, where he established a project pipeline of opportunities exceeding US$300 million across Africa and the Middle East. Under his leadership, the company worked closely with global mining and industrial groups, development finance institutions, and private equity investors to build sustainable agribusinesses that created long-term value for both stakeholders and local communities.

Earlier in his career, Jon held senior leadership roles at Netafim, including Vice President EMEA, Managing Director France & West Africa, and Vice President USA. In these positions, he managed multi-hundred-million-dollar operations, oversaw strategic acquisitions, executed significant cost reductions, and delivered profitable growth in both mature and emerging markets. He was a key member of the leadership team that positioned Netafim for a successful private equity acquisition.

Jon began his career with Pirelli in engineering, supply chain and production management, this following early engineering training at the British Coal Corporation. He holds a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.

A dual UK and EU (France) passport holder and fluent in English and French, Jon brings deep cross-cultural management experience and a reputation for integrity, vision, and execution. He is widely recognized for his ability to unite investors, governments, and corporate partners around commercially viable projects that deliver both financial performance and sustainable impact.
